What are my teams currently working on
Having a high level overview of the work being carried by different teams helps leads and managers to plan for the next items to be taken up. Prakya provides a one stop solution for this. ‘Team Room’ helps in tracking the work being carried out by different teams. This helps in understanding the pace, obstacles if any that the team is facing to complete work on features. Items are trackable at sprint and team level.
Prakya also provides a visual representation of the work completed by team members, backlog items, the team capacity to complete work etc. Also, the ‘Footprints’ section is a log that indicates the various activities carried out by the team.
